ABOUT THE CONDOMINIUM
The Gizella steam mill building was built in 1880. One of the few buildings to survive both world wars without damage, its façade is protected as a historic monument. Until 2016, the building was completely rebuilt with quality materials (e.g. extra thick slabs, double partitions, Schüco aluminum windows). Only the 70cm thick brick façade of the mill's exterior was left, but the interior was completely rebuilt.
